Carol Doney
Carol has 10+ years of experience as a college counselor and has helped countless students find their perfect university fit.
Her philosophy is simple: authenticity wins. Not prestige-chasing, not checklist-filling — real stories told with clarity and conviction. She built Carol College Counseling LLC to bring that philosophy to every family who walks through the door.
Carol holds a master's in linguistics and is accredited as a college counselor.
Accounting & Support
Bruce Ohashi
Bruce (that's me!) is in charge of accounting, the website, IT, and helping things smooth flowly. I mean — flow smoothly!
In the rare case that something goes wrong with online scheduling or billing, I'll be on the case to fix the issue.

Essays, choices, and narratives belong to the student. We guide and challenge, but we never write for them. Authenticity is the whole point.
