Contact us to ask about a refund. Refunds are usually calculated as: package purchase price − (number of hours used × single session rate) - transaction fees.
Just let your counselor know if you need to reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours in advance. If it's due to illness, 24 hours is fine. With less notice than that, the session still counts toward your limit.

Expensive? Yes. Overpriced? No. We have specialized skill sets and extensive experience, and you get a lot of value for the price. Our rates are very competitive for the level of service provided. If you're not sure it's worth it, do the free consultation before deciding — we don't require one before sharing pricing, because our consultation is about explaining the service, not a sales pitch. Just information, not pressure.
Tough to know for sure. If you're coming to us, you probably have a better-than-average chance even before our first session. A lot of college counselors do some "creative" math with their statistics — I once saw one claim "100% of our students enter their dream school*," and the asterisk led to a footnote saying they only counted students who started in the 99th percentile of scores. If that's how a counselor counts, what service are they even providing? We're here for you regardless of your starting point.
